Prosur participates in the FoodTech fair in Mexico

We are very happy to have participated in the FoodTech fair in Mexico, the benchmark event for the food industry in Latin America.

We met old friends and made many new contacts, all with the same goal of creating more natural food for a better tomorrow.

In this edition we want to highlight the participation of our CEO Dr. Juan de Dios Hernández in the FoodTech Talks, where he gave a presentation on how to improve the juiciness and freshness of meat products without the use of phosphates.
