From September 22-24 we discuss during the digital event with global experts from academia and industry scientific advances in fundamental and applied research on polyphenols.

In various keynotes, our R&D team will give deep insights about technological and industrial innovations of polyphenols.

Dr. Isidro Guillén López, Global R&D Director at Prosur, will demonstrate the audience that polyphenols can be a real alternative to nitrite in meat products.

Researcher Dr. Carlos de Torre Minguela will focus on the impact of citrus polyphenols on the pathological effects related to a pro-oxidant diet. And our Microbiology Manager, Dr. Carmen Ortuño Caeses, follows up with a case study on the “Antimicrobial activity of polyphenols from Citrus spp. and Anethum graveolens components against Candida metapsilosis in ranch sauce”.
