The Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities has awarded Prosur a subsidy for the implementation of an Equality Plan.

With the implementation of this plan, Prosur aims to involve in the promotion of equality and correction of the imbalance in the hiring of men and women in companies, trying to increase the female recruitment rate in the sector in favor of equal opportunities and greater use of talent.

The development of the equality plan implies:

1) The formation of an equality committee, made up of management personnel and/or middle management, the technical staff and other workers of the company.

2) Compilation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data for a diagnosis of the situation.

3) Development and implementation of measures.
