AI RESEARCH UNIT

The incorporation of artificial intelligence has always been a high priority for Prosur to safeguard our future as cutting-edge science-driven ingredient supplier. Artificial intelligence is probably the most singular technology of our time.

The implementation of an AI research unit within the Prosur Research Center puts a fusion drive in our research efforts and transforms conventional approaches to product development and analyzing the trends of tomorrow.

The incorporation of machine learning algorithms, pattern recognition, data mining, parallel processing or spectral analysis opens new fascinating scientific frontiers to explore. We produce solutions that are based on the strength of nature.

Combined with our vast knowledge, this data driven approach will stratify natural solutions and develop future science with great precision. With AI, we can decide quickly which train of thought is worth to investigate and condenses the research to make it more efficient and quicker.

AI transforms our biotechnological capacity by revealing data patterns that can be used to predict microbial growth or oxidation processes but as well the actionable outcomes for specific food matrixes. Rather than investigate whether a certain parameter affects the result, a data-driven approach gives us the power to stack variables and see how they affect each other and how they reveal food deterioration mechanisms.

The huge amount of high dimensional data that is involved in our research are nonlinear and need AI and complex mathematical approaches to use to predict outcomes and develop the products of tomorrow.
