Prosur obtains the IFS certificate: International Food Standard
This private technical protocol was developed by German, French and Italian distributors to assure the safety of food products. This protocol includes the previous implementation of an HACCP system, a quality management system and the implementation and management of prerequisites and facilities.
The IFS certificate gives a global, sound vision of food safety and quality control. Prosur obtained the IFS certificate for the first time in 2009 in order to give its customers the highest assurance of food safety. Prosur revised its production processes and adopted a new quality policy to comply with all requirements of IFS Food V5.
